Health Central Surgery

My life took a turn with illness and I can say with honesty that not only do i love the ladies/staff and the surgery but I feel as though I am treated better and with more dignity than i ever have been before. They saved my life - literally - if they had not called an ambulance the team at the hospital told me I had 3 days to live. Because of their attention and care for their patients I am here. The homeless service is a vital part of the NHS and should never stop.

The doctors, nurses, receptionsits are all so caring. Nothing is too much trouble. I am on a lot of medication and I have had no trouble with prescriptions. Everybody is so helpful. I cannot give the surgery enough praise even through this tough times, they have done everything they could to make me feel welcome even with social distancing in a professional and supportive way. Thank you all.

Very thorough- when sorting issues, get appointments fast and long appointments, understanding of my needs.
