Try to avoid this place if you need a simple thing like a appointment or a blood test.receptionists are the most unhelpful people you can come across .I'm sure this surgery is using covid to avoid seeing patients.tried to book a blood test nigh on impossible the answer you get go to the blood taking unit try to make a appointment told use decline.this surgery is one to avoid

Receptionists are efficient but also listen and are kind. The surgery have almost always been able to offer some form of appointment appropriate to my need. All staff are kind, keen to help and good at their jobs.

My wife recently had an accident and badly burnt her leg. After a visit to A & E at Northampton General she was referred to our doctors surgery. The treatment she received from the nurses at Delapre , especially Sue Mawson has been brilliant. Her leg has healed realty well with Sue's superb help. Surgery's opening hours is apparently open from 8am but lines are closed until 8.04am. Then when you keep redialling, line is then busy and unable to get through. Can't book an appointment in advance so people that work or have children that go to school have to miss out on a first come first serve basis. No care. Terrible system

After an emergency paramedic visit sat nite I managed to get an appointment tuesday. I was told no idea what it was but If it happens again get in touch..... No tests no nothing... And this is someone who's last Dr appontment was over four years ago so it might be a good idea to check me out ? Appears not

The ordering of prescriptions is diabolical. The timescale given in the Surgery is non-existent & twice now, i have waited 10days before trying to collect it from the Chemists, only to be told that it was either incomplete or, even worse, not been ordered at all

I have always had a triage call from a doctor on the same or next day and an appointment made. Todays appointment was very good, I was sent to NGH for xrays, which were done within an hour of leaving the surgery and am just waiting for results. I could not be happier with our lovely surgery
