My symptoms were dismissed, i was told to go home and read a leaflet when i needed some professional guidance. The doctor searched information on google and read it to me, when questioned further he did not have the information. Upset i was treated in this manner, reception team did not care, they offered no support. Clinic Manager was rude on the phone and had an attitude, made out that it was my fault. I have never felt so unsafe in a GP clinic. It's not right to treat vulnerable patients in this manner.

Receptionists (Particularly Jill) are amazing, really kind and try their best to help you. The surgery is very clean and tidy, light and airy. Appointment did not feel rushed, my doctor was amazing. The best GP service i have EVER used. Fantastic, 5 star GP.
