My main concern with these tablets is that they keep me awake!! Most other people find that they help them sleep.....its the exact opposite with me. I cannot take them after 5pm unless I want a sleepless night!
These are good painkillers when they work. However, I find that after a couple of week they suddenly stop working as well (if at all), and I have to fall back on other painkillers for about a week or so until I can restart them again. There is also a sustained release version of Tramadol call Tramquel. I alternate the two at times when either of them stop working.
