Share review of Paracetamol

I had been taking painkillers for more than 8 years while working and when playing golf prior to a total knee replacement. My Dr recommended paracetamol be taken with ibrufen before during and after golf. I sometimes took them before bed to work overnight. They were not strong enough so naproxen twice a day was added. As the pain became worse l was prescribed Cocodomol which was still not enough to work.
