The first side effect for me was nausea and a little tinnitus. Later came the jitteriness which lasted for a couple of weeks subsiding gradually. I'm now at the end of my first 4 weeks and feel 75% better already. Fatigue was the first symptom to go and my breathing and energy improved too. My stress rashes disappeared and I also felt generally warmer. I had a couple of days of low mood but my emotional lability has improved to the point that I feel I am now more in control.
I am an older lady and my dose in 30mg. I don't feel I need to up the dosage at my next medicine review
I'm not very tolerant of side effects generally but I'm glad I persevered with Duloxetine
