This has so many benefits & as such is used in many different ways. The thing I like most is that you can take it in such low doses if preferred to start with, then on the advice of your specialist, GP, Consultant it can be increased. But again, this doesn't have to be by large quantities each time. I find this medicine is really effective, regardless of the size dose, as long as it is taken continuously at near enough the same time each day/night, as it builds up a resistance as time goes on.
