25mg taken every night as a muscle relaxant. Also has a seditive effect, enabling me to get off to sleep despite some pain on lying down. Play with the time of taking it every day. Can make me feel drowsy the next day if I do not take it at about 8:00pm every day. Am up by 7, and out swimming by 8:00am, and feel fully alert, Can be a problem if drinking alcohol - joint effect is increased sleepiness. Would not consider driving after taking this medicine! Can have a slight dry mouth side effect, but not difficult to manage!
