I was prescribed this for my migraines. Originally started on 10mg and felt no difference. The consultant kept increasing the dosage until 40mg, still no therapeutic benefit. He suggested I try 50mg, and it changed my life. I went from near enough constant migraines to 1 or 2 a month. Obviously it doesn't work for everyone but it literally changed my life
