I cannot express how much I recommend Dr Aye, especially during this time of Covid and all of its challenges he has gone above and beyond to make sure I got the treatment I needed. My case was a little complicated and out of the ordinary and during the pandemic it posed a challenge to his whole team. Dr Aye kept me informed, treated me at all times with respect and most importantly treated me and my circumstances personally - I never felt like an NHS number or an inconvenience. Going forward I know I’m in good hands whilst he is my consultant.

I first met Dr Aye a year or so ago an initial appointment that I attended with my Husband (Pre Covid) Dr Aye was very attentive and listened to my concerns, he then gave an explanation of his thoughts being very reassuring throughout. Being very foggy minded it was lovely to then receive a very well explained letter, stating everything we had covered in the appointment and also a clear path as to what was going to happen next. I attended appointments that had been arranged by Dr Aye, and also received some updates regarding some findings. Unfortunately due to the current Covid issues of which I totally understand, I saw Dr Aye a couple of weeks ago now. Unfortunately I attended this appointment alone, I was really very anxious not only as I was not sure what we were going to discuss or the implications but being very foggy minded I knew I would not remember everything. We discussed my diagnosis and again Dr Aye was very attentive and explained everything very clearly, he also confirmed that I would again receive a letter outlining all we had discussed. I received the letter which again was very clearly written and informative as to the path ahead. I cannot thank Dr Aye enough for listening when others have not, I would definitely recommend Dr Aye.

I was extremely nervous before my appointment but I need not have been. Dr Aye was very thorough and explained everything clearly and allowed me to ask questions. He understood my concerns and was extremely considerate when planning my treatment. I hope my treatment continues with Dr Mo Aye, consistent care is important to me.

Dr Aye explained everything I needed to know in terms that I fully understood. He has a very pleasant manner and I felt completely at ease during the consultation. I have every confidence in his professional ability and would not hesitate to recommend this him to other patients.

After feeling very unsupported since my graves diagnosis in August 2018, I saw Dr Mo Wye in clinic earlier today. He listened to me rant about my situation, listened to my concerns and spent time addressing these and answering all my questions. He then put a clear plan in place for the continuation of my care. He massively put my mind at ease and I felt he truly cared about me and how I was feeling. Would highly recommend him based on this first encounter.
