I first met Dr Aye a year or so ago an initial appointment that I attended with my Husband (Pre Covid) Dr Aye was very attentive and listened to my concerns, he then gave an explanation of his thoughts being very reassuring throughout. Being very foggy minded it was lovely to then receive a very well explained letter, stating everything we had covered in the appointment and also a clear path as to what was going to happen next. I attended appointments that had been arranged by Dr Aye, and also received some updates regarding some findings. Unfortunately due to the current Covid issues of which I totally understand, I saw Dr Aye a couple of weeks ago now. Unfortunately I attended this appointment alone, I was really very anxious not only as I was not sure what we were going to discuss or the implications but being very foggy minded I knew I would not remember everything. We discussed my diagnosis and again Dr Aye was very attentive and explained everything very clearly, he also confirmed that I would again receive a letter outlining all we had discussed. I received the letter which again was very clearly written and informative as to the path ahead. I cannot thank Dr Aye enough for listening when others have not, I would definitely recommend Dr Aye.
