I attended Professor Zoe’s One-Stop clinic currently being held at Chelsea outpatients in a highly stressed state. Extreme health anxiety issues over the breast pain I was experiencing had been triggered by my GP whom I visited the previous day. I contacted New Victoria hospital who put me in touch with Jenny Hoyle, Prof Zoe’s secretary. Jenny was reassuringly calm, helpful and supremely professional and arranged for me to attend Prof Zoe’s One-Stop clinic the following day. On arrival I was seen promptly and from the start Prof Zoe was amazing. Her professionalism, experience and communication skills are exceptional. She asked lots of questions explaining symptoms and treatment in detail. I had a mammogram, ultrasound and biopsy at my appointment. I left knowing not only what was causing the pain but also with an open pathway to seek additional help for peri menopause treatment and support for my anxiety. I would highly recommend Prof. Zoe and the One-Stop clinic.
