I found Zoe to be warm and welcoming putting me at ease. She spent a reasonable amount of time establishing a background to my issue before conducting z physical examination. She is clearly an expert and gave detailed explanation to the likely cause of my complaint. She was strong in suggesting that I had no real reason to be concerned and gave some good options to improve natters and further tests that were available
