Professor Zoe Winters puts one at ease immediately. I felt very re-assured by her professional experience and the manner in which she relayed information with regard to the issues at hand.
She handled everything with great care and assurance and made sure that the diagnosis and follow up were immediate and gave all relevant advice and surety.
