Not only Zoe, but her entire team are absolutely fantastic. As we all know, going to any appointment like this is very difficult, but Zoe and her entire team at the Chelsea outpatients were fantastic. From the moment I met her, I felt so at ease. What a credit to us and a pleasure to have met her (regardless of the circumstances)
