He has been very thorough in his investigations. He listened to symptoms and was also empathetic to the impact on everyday life. He was approachable and knowledgeable.
I also have to say Sophie O’Hehir, his practice manager has been outstanding. She has been our main point of contact and she has been very efficient, helpful, kind, friendly, informative. Over the years I have dealt with many practice managers / PA’s and Sophie is easily one of the best and nicest ones I have dealt with. She has been really great - I can’t praise her highly enough. Thank you Sophie.
