The Professor's professionalism and caring attitude was second to none. He listened to me and put me at ease; answering all of my questions in a matter of fact way but with an empathetic outlook. I would totally recommend the Professor and if and when my other knee needs attention I will be going back to him to have it put right. I would also like to add that the Professor's secretary was exceptionally helpful and efficient.
