I had a complicated deviated septum that was causing me functional breathing problems and a nostril deformity. It had been a lingering and sensitive issue for me so I was somewhat nervous about the process. From start to finish, Paul was calm, professional and extremely attentive. During our initial consultations he was very clear on the options and risks, and was keen to ensure I was informed and content to proceed. In the lead up to the operation, he was always on hand to answer my questions and even changed his fees to compensate for a higher than expected hospital charge. Given the extent of my nasal problem, I was anxious about the operation; in hindsight, there was no reason to be. I am absolutely delighted with the result and can now breathe much easier and the deformity is corrected. Thank you, Paul, you are a tremendous surgeon.
