Prof. New is a class act. No doubt an expert in his field, but a fact he wears lightly and is able to communicate and engage as a lovely human being. No-one likes seeing a doctor, or perhaps I'm projecting, but I don't. HOWEVER I felt 100% comfortable, was able to speak openly, felt neither pushed, rushed, nor judged and left feeling I'd had a really constructive conversation, had food for thought and that I both understood and felt invested in the plan ahead. Even post consultation he is proactive in the follow up. If you have a choice and can choose to see Prof. New, I could not recommend him more.
