Prof. PG Roy was wonderful. She was kind and patient. She is a very busy doctor but made herself accessible and available. I felt I was being heard-she addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions, big and small. She took the time to talk through all the options, weigh up the pros and cons, to help me make a decision which was right for me as an individual.
She is also a brilliant surgeon, my operation went off uneventfully and I am recovering well. Thank you Prof. Roy.
