My appointment with Ms. Roy was made with efficiency upon my request. This was the first time I met the consultant and from the first moment the meeting was cordial, professional and completely reassuring. I found Ms. Roy inspired confidence and that both her evaluation and her subsequent recommendations were clear, timely and sufficient for the medical question I had come about. Should there be further need for me to use this consultant, I would be confident that all would proceed in the best possible manner.
