Really happy with all the care and advice given. He explained the procedure clearly and gave the opportunity to ask questions. Whole process from initial consult to surgery was very quick and excellent follow up aftercare (physiotherapy appointments and advice, and follow up surgical review appointment). Only criticism (not of Prof. Singh) was that the discharge information given after surgery could have been clearer - the forms were given regarding changing dressings but the boxes were not ticked to indicate when this should happen so I needed to phone for advice. Also, not enough spare dressings provided so I had to collect more and buy additional from another source.
