I saw Prof Singh through a referral from my GP who suggested I needed a shoulder replacement due to arthritis. We chatted and it was suggested that a PRP injection might be worth considering before committing to a replacement. Really clear explanation of what was involved, the risks and it was great to consider alternatives and avoid major surgery. The procedure was arranged quickly, it has been successful and I feel my shoulder has improved by 20 - 30% and I'm now able to sleep on it and it aches considerably less than it did. very pleased with the way it's all been organised and done.
