Before my knee replacement operation Mr rogers was very encouraging. He explained all the necessary details clearly, and gave me confidence. It helped to reassure me because he shook my hand and treated me as an individual.
After the surgery he came to see me on the ward to check that I was alright and to inform me that my pain was being controlled. He assured me that the operation had been successful and that my rehabilitation would start straightaway.
At my two after care check-ups he was again very encouraging and answered my questions fully. I have made a full recovery and am completely satisfied with all the treatment I received. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Rogers for the excellent skill, care and support he provided at every stage.
