He was brilliant, listened to me carefully, explained everything really clearly, was nice but professional, and reassured me before my first operation in 25 years.
He was very clear about the chances of success and the risks, although in fact the operation was totally successful and I can walk pain free for the first time in about a year.
Cannot recommend him highly enough.
