I had a totally successful stapedotomy . Very impressed with ms Neumann professionalism and care. She had thoroughly explained everything before the operation. I had total confidence in her. I am very pleased with the result I feel I have a new lease of life. She has been fantastic.
After checking in at reception at the Rotary wing I waited for 20 minutes before being sent back to where I came from and waited again for an audio test.
Could not patients be sent to the audio test in the first place. Other patients before and after were complaining about this too.
