My husband and I are extremely grateful for the treatment he has received with M/S Neumann. Having performed a successful operation on his perforated ear drum, then seeing him at her follow up clinics, we are in awe of her caring and professional manor that is always evident. It was also a surprise when at the last appointment she was completely surprised at just how bad my husbands hearing has become. She also told him that with his severe hearing loss he was a candidate for a cochlear implant. What a lovely surprise. We have never had this level of attention at any appointments we have attended over the years. Of course, we are not sure how long it will take for an appointment for this procedure to be offered, however to have this level of attention from M/S has given us both, especially my husband a big boost. Thank you for that.
