I was referred to the colorectal department where I was introduced to Miss Bronder and her team. Everyone was extremely professional and very friendly putting me at ease.Everything was explained in detail to what I would expect in the process.
During the procedure I was informed as to what was happening and had a very friendly conversation during the procedure.
The results of the examination were explained in detail fortunately favourable. Also I have just received results of the tissue samples which were normal and the polyps were benign.
I cannot thank the team enough for their helpfulness and professionalism.
