Ms Bronder immediately impressed me with her friendly interest in me, giving me confidence in what was an unusual situation for me.
After assessing the reasons for me being at WGH she continued to treat me as a person, carefully explaining to me the procedure which I was about to experience.
I am pleased to say that the result of the Colonoscopy, carried out on December 22nd, did not reveal anything which required more attention. The small polyp which was removed during the investigation was described as an adenoma, a benign polyp. I received the latter information by post on 13th February,2023. This is well within the expected time to receive the result. I am very grateful for all the care I received.
