Mrs Karat was very warm and welcoming at our introductory meeting for a second opinion. She conducted a thorough examination and explained what she was seeing and asked me for my responses. I found her explanations to be clear and I understood the surgical options she discussed with me. I am a very nervous patient and she put me at ease and I didn't feel rushed at all.
