I have met Mrs Craig twice (at the Spire Hospital in Manchester) and both times I have felt that she is a wonderful consultant and very experienced and dedicated in her field of work. I have been struggling to find the root cause/treat the recurrent issues that developed due to an incision and drainage of a perianal abscess for over 1 and a half years. I felt unheard as, the cause of my problem wasn't being found and had left many other consultants with their heads scratching. Mrs Craig from the onset made me feel at ease and made sure all of my concerns were dealt with, that too quickly. She understood my circumstances and found the cause of my issues. Her team are so professional and highly knowledgeable and contacting them was so easy, they dealt with my requests within a timely manner and responded quickly too. She found the cause of my issue through a thorough investigation with an MRI scan and finally knowing makes me feel relieved. Mrs Craig is an exceptional doctor, attentive and caring.
