Mrs Craig has always been very clear on what my illness has been. She has explained every step of the way what was going to happen and spoke about the long term outcomes, which in my case have been extremely positive. Mrs Craig and Sister Tracey Purcell have been their for me and Tracey has pushed for results for me as she understands how stressful it is when awaiting for results back. Tracey has pushed to get my most recent CT scan results back and only due to her persistence, that i now have peace of mind as everything was clear.
