Professor Carmichael was very caring, personable and compassionate.
Once I was diagnosed Professor Carmichael went out of her way to take personal care of my surgery and follow up, which was very reassuring.
Every aspect of my condition was discussed so I clearly understood everything and she is very warm and friendly.
I can personally recommend Professor Carmichael
