Mrs Carmichael is such a caring, professional and skilled surgeon. At all times before, during and after my surgery I was treated with care and respect. During this frightening time for myself and my family I always knew I was in good honest hands, therefore able to focus on the positives rather than worrying about the “what ifs”.
All the NHS staff I have encountered along the way have been truly amazing. I am so grateful to have been lucky enough to have been treated at Queens hospital at Burton.
Mrs Carmichael said it was her privilege to have helped me, what a lovely lady - thank you.
