From the moment I was transferred to his care I was reassured and treated with the utmost care; my family and I always felt I was in good hands.
Mr Shah was always available to answer all my questions and spent the time that was needed to explain my situation, my surgeries, my rehabilitation and my prognosis; I never felt rushed.
He was open to other views and throughout my time under his care, I was certain I was being cared for by a professional and talented doctor, who is both skilled and patient-centered.
During three years and 3 surgeries (2 under his care) I was encouraged and pushed to continue with my rehabilitation. I am not where I want to be but I know that I can push myself and Mr Shah always encouraged me to keep pushing; he is excellent at motivating safe progress.
Thank you Mr Shah, for all you have done for me and my family.
