I have been seeing Mr Shah regarding my knee and he is understanding of the issues, discusses clearly with me his opinion of what can be done at the present time, bearing in mind my age and other factors, and he also listens to my concerns. I feel very comfortable talking to him and find him caring. Mr Shah also performed hip replacement surgery on me about a year ago - which went very well. He was informative and listened to anything I needed to discuss with him both prior to the operation and afterwards.
