This was my first appointment with Mr Shah and I was very impressed with the service. Mr Shah was very polite very friendly and above all a good listener as he listened to me describing my pain. Mr Shah was able to explain the extent of damage to my hips and related to how this was impacting the quality of my life. Mr Shah explained in detail I would have to undergo surgery however he made us very comfortable explaining the benefit of surgery and how changed my life will be after surgery. I was quite surprised he recognized my wife also worked for the hospital from her badge and he was very happy. coming from abroad the experience was very different for me. He was able to convince my wife about undergoing surgery and how long it would take to recover. Overall Mr Shah ticked all boxes for me and I will recommend his service. The service is well run and the staff was generally helpful and nice. I can only suggest they keep doing what they do, excellent service.
