I met with Mr Zameer today, he is a decent man who understood why I wanted to delay necessary knee surgery for three months. When I arrived this morning, I was told more x rays had to be taken..... unfortunately my wait time was one and a quarter hours...when I queried this, the staff were delightful and the whole experience pleasant and humane. I then returned to the orthopedic department where my lengthy wait time in x ray had been registered......again delightful staff, many apologies and a shortish wait time. My whole experience could have been difficult, but everyone I met today was professional in everyway.
