Mr. Toumi listened carefully to my life experience of dieting and to my complex medical history.
To my utter amazement he agreed that gastric revision surgery would be of great benefit to my future health and a date was agreed between us.
He was always quick to answer any questions by email no matter how bizarre they may have seemed and sorted out any problems as they arose.
His visit before surgery put my nerves at ease with his gentle humour and empathy.
Visiting him after the surgery he was always kind, thoughtful, thorough and nicely informative about how I could improve my recovery as well as looking to the future.
He and I are so pleased with the results and I’m delighted to have met this gentleman.
