Dr Naqui has a pleasant and comforting style of meeting and greeting using eye contact and a sympathetic approach to understanding and putting the patient at ease.
He was attentive to my situation and explained very clearly and concisly what the procedure was and would entail.
Once he has understood your circumstances he is flexible in his patient aftercare approach. I cannot speak too highly of the service and aftercare that his physiotherapist team demonstrate. Once again they provide an aftercare service that is second to none.
The team made sure that i had no apprehensions at any stage of the procedure.
