Mr Naqui greets you with a big smile which instantly makes you feel at your ease. He has been very approachable from start to finish, explains on your level( which is rare in my experience over the years!) and listens to you which is very important. He will advise you of the best course of action for your individual needs.
His hand therapist Sarah has also been great, both very professional in their approach.
I would have no problem in contacting them in the future should the need arise.
The only criticism is of the hospital staff could have been a little more helpful in assisting me with my mobility issues, but that does not reflect away from the excellent care which Mr Naqui and his team provided for me.
