Never until I had met Mr Agrawal, had I met a consultant who was so caring, considerate and had a genuine interest in my case. I felt that I was his only patient.
Being able to communicate directly with Mr Agrawal ( during lockdown 1) was so incredibly helpful. Something which I have never experienced before.
In addition, he was very flexible. He fitted me into his clinic at a moments notice, which I imagine completely threw his clinic list into total disarray.
Furthermore, I was astounded at how thorough he was. Carrying out diagnostic test after diagnostic test until he was completely sure that he had found the definitive answer to the problem. He didn't leave any stone unturned.
I came to Mr Agrawal in February 2020 with the prospect of being permanently disabled. Here I am now a few months after revision total knee replacement walking the best I have done for the last year. I just can't thank him enough.
