Mr Wisam Al Hakim, listened first and foremost, I got a series of treatments I needed to tied me over until my surgery to relieve some of the symptoms.
Surgery went amazingly well and he was completely honest and clear about expectations and the procedure. Due to my age and being female I did develop a minor set back further down the line , which was also taken seriously and treated promptly, again I was listened to.
Overall my shoulder has been completely repaired through various treatments and excellent surgery.
I was given full and concise information at every point during my care.
I feel very fortunate that I was treated at this hospital and under the care of Mr Wisam Al Hakim and his wonderful team
All health care should be like this without question
