I had the pleasure to meet Mr Wisam-Al Hakim last Thursday at Whipps Cross Universaty hospital and he was so reassuring and a total gentleman .
Mr Wisam-Al Hakim assured me he would do the operation himself as I was very concerned and on Friday morning I got a phone call to go to Gateway for a pre assessment next week ready for my surgery as apparently that’s where they do all the Orthopedic ops what wonderful service so far from the NHS .
I will update you when I’ve had my surgery but I have every confidence .
