From the moment I met Mr Al-Hakim he put my mind at ease and gave me hope of getting fully mobile again following a shoulder injury.
Although he explained my procedure in detail he also discussed it in simple terms with me so I was fully aware of what was happening.
Throughout the whole process including aftercare, he was professional and reassuring.
It is now 7 weeks post op and I am confident that I am on the road to recovery and hopefully get back to my much loved daily swim.
I can't thank Mr. Al-Hakim and his team enough for the great level of care and attention they provided to aid my recovery.
