My first impressions were of a person with strong communication ability which provided clarity and confidence to proceed .
I was given a very clear description of my condition, which allowed an understanding of what the procedure would entail and the probable outcome.
This clear communication continued the whole time under care.
The outcome of the procedure materialised with positive results and exactly as outlined.
I am very happy with the whole experience.
