I saw Mr Kim as a private patient with symptoms of pain in my right hip and leg.
An MRI scan showed a cartilage tear and some arthritis.
I found Mr Kim very sympathetic and knowledgeable and also most accessible, being willing to discuss problems out of surgery time on the phone. The decision to have a second steroid injection or an arthroscopy was difficult as my symptoms were not text -book. Mr Kim took a great deal of time and trouble explaining the ramifications of each path, we jointly decided on an arthroscopy. This has been carried out very successfully.
