Mr Kim performed a total knee replacement in July 2014.
As always Mr Kim was kind, courteous & listened to me on the clinic visits prior to surgery, during surgery & post surgery.
IF all NHS staff listened as carefully as he does & explains exactly what is going to happen as well as he does there would be far fewer worried or upset patients & relatives.
