Mr Flannery went out of his way to make my 4 year old feel comfortable and at ease. He listened to me and what issues we was having and was understanding throughout.
Mr Flannery went out of his way to explain in detail different sleep patterns and effects it would be having so i could fully understand why we would go ahead with the removal of tonsils.
A very lovely gentleman who i would happily see again.
