My son and I were immediately put at ease by Mr Flannery. He took time and care to explain the issues, and discussed the potential options with me. He was happy to listen to all my questions, and didn’t make me feel awkward while my son was struggling to sit still. My son didn’t want his throat looked at, but Mr Flannery still managed to have a look, without putting my son in any discomfort.
